\Laken is a very special dog that has waited a very long time for a loving and gentle family. Laken loves people but it does take a little confidence and love to get his trust. He took about a day with me and a couple days with my husband. He loves kids and attention. He does bark to let you know if he needs something or at things outside when he sees them. He is potty trained and crate trained. He does not mind cats at all and seems to do well with my dogs. He does get stressed out sometimes by other dogs if they seem aggressive but he tends to do well with the ones I have let him encounter.
Laken is very affectionate, he loves to sit on my lap and watch the tv with me. He likes to play often with my dogs and be outside in our fenced yard. He is smaller, only 40 pounds and is 1 so I think he is pretty much at his adult size. Laken will do very well with a family that can make time for him, continue his training and build his confidence.
My goal for Laken is to have him adopted by christmas. He is only 1 and has never known a true family and I know he deserves it.
He captured my heart and I know he will you as well! Please come meet this sweet boy!
