Meet Lainey Rose **DEAF**

Lainey Rose is a 1 year old 30# special needs Border Collie mix available for adoption!!
Located in Bogalusa, Louisiana

Lainey is a double merle, which means she inherited two copies of the merle gene—this gives her a beautiful white coat, but also caused her to be born completely deaf. Deaf dogs can still learn through hand signals, and Lainey is eager to please, so she should be easy to train in this unique way!

She’s a loving, playful girl who adores other dogs and would thrive in a home where she can cuddle, play, and be part of the family. Lainey is also undergoing heartworm treatment, but with the right care, she’ll be back to full health in no time!

Lainey was almost euthanized before we stepped in to save her, and now she’s ready for a second chance at a happy life. Could that be with you?
