Meet Lacy
Lacy was born with spinal bifida. Her back legs and tail had to be amputated as a very young puppy. She gets around just fine. She also uses a cart or a drag bag. She does need to wear diapers since she has no bowel or bladder control. She is super sweet and will make a great addition to your family!
