Meet Lacey

Meet Lacey!

Hi I’m Lacey - a spunky senior lady with lots of love to give, and it's reported that I still have a good amount of energy (not too much, but I do love running in the back yard and as soon as the backdoor opens, I shoot out!). I also love going for walks and do well on the leash, but I’m also happy to snooze in my dog bed. At just 25 pounds (I know, I look bigger) I’m a respectful house guest! Also, there are no accidents here, and I sleep in my kennel at night, and it's so cozy, I don't make a peep, though I do get barky in the backyard. Gotta protect my territory, ya know?

I live in a foster home with several other dogs of all sizes, and we all get along. I also live with a baby human and a little human and my foster parents. I love people, especially when they pet me. I’m so soft, how can you resist??

I have a little bit of arthritis, as us old dogs sometimes get, but it doesn’t bother me much. My eyesight also isn’t the greatest, but I get around, ok. I’m a pretty girl, and if you like floofs, I'm the gal for you!

*Lacey is being fostered in Madison, WI.
