Meet La Dura Dura
La Dura Dura was found wandering around an apartment complex looking for food and friendship. He befriended the children going to school and kept trying to get on the school bus with them. Eventually, he was brought to the local shelter where he was immediately put on the euthanasia list due to overcrowding. We rescued him just 24 hours before he was scheduled to be put down.
La Dura Dura is around 4 years old and a skinny 50 lbs. He's a sweet, lazy boy who just wants to veg out on the couch. He loves children and gets along nicely with cats and dogs.
