your fencing is NOT a minimum of FIVE feet ( SIX IS BETTER) ALL the way around the yard i e in EVERY portion and section (including the gates)
You have an inground pool which is NOT fenced off
If you have a CAT or SML DOG 35lbs or less
If you LIVE with someone else who is the owner of the house
If you are not an adult
