Meet KODA
There is uniqueness about KODA and it may very well be her special look. Long and low to the ground she definately has a touch of Doxie in her! She loves being the center of attention. She can appear to be a bit spoiled but thats okay because she deserves it. KODA has really been played a bad hand by humans. As a puppy she survived parvo only to be abandoned at the vet by her owners. She was taken in by a dog trainer who her learned of her situation. She spent a year training her and trying to find a home . KODA does not particularly like small dogs and this was something she worked on. We would not recommend a home with a dog smaller than herself. When KODA came to our rescue she was adopted by and older woman and everyone was so happy. Unfortunately there came a day when the lady had to go into a home and KODA came back to us. She was adopted again by a couple that acclimated KODA to their cats and continued her training. Sadly, after six months they had to return KODA. It was such a sad day for KODA when she had to say good-bye and come back to the kennel. She really showed her sadness. After three failed tries (none which were KODA's fault) we have faith that her long awaited forever person is out there! If you are reading this and it is you please contact us so you can meet KODA. Our girl is current on everything and is ready for a home...please email us to meet her!
