He is affectionate, curious, friendly, funny and playful. His previous owner said he will chase cats, and is good with kids. It was also said he will need strong containment. We were told he has always been good with other dogs. He met dogs nicely here at the shelter too, and was very playful with everyone. Kobe has a lot of love to give.
