Meet KING
Isn’t he gorgeous? This is KING. He checked in at the animal shelter at the end of October 2024. He is listed as a three-year-old mixture of Border Collie and Great Pyrenees. His intake weight was 58 pounds. Why nobody has called or shown up to reclaim this gorgeous fellow and so many of the other wonderful dogs at the shelter is anybody’s guess. It makes no sense. However, if you are a wonderful dog person who is looking for a wonderful playmate and friend, look no further. He has been successfully paired with another dog at the shelter, so he does have a friend to pass the days with until he is adopted. He does still need to be neutered before he can go home with you as your own. However, KING is Definitely worth a visit. Serious adopters are encouraged to see ALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared!
