Hi, I am Kim, a one-year-old 13 pound Fox Terrier and Chihuahua mix. I came here all the way from Puerto Rico, a long trip for such a tiny girl. I was found as a stray and was living on the streets before a nice lady took me and my two puppies in. I was very hungry and afraid but some love and some good food was all I needed. Both of my puppies have been adopted so now it's my turn to be someone's baby.

I am a bit shy when you first meet me but once I understand you aren't going to hurt me, I am so sweet I will steal your heart! I am very loyal and love to be with my person. I bonded quickly to my foster family and to the other dogs in my foster home, who I love to follow around and cuddle up to. I am a lap dog and love belly rubs. I would do best in a home without small children, but older kids would be just fine. What I mostly want is a warm bed and a lap to sit on. Oh, and I LOVE to go for walks.

We are presently not holding our regular Saturday adoption clinics due to the Covid-19 virus. We are operating on a limited basis until further notice, but we are still adopting dogs out. We require an approved application before we consider anyone for an adoption - so filling out the application is your first step. Different dogs and puppies go up for adoption EVERY WEEK so please feel free to visit the site and click on the Petfinder link for updates. Puppies and dogs up to 2 years old are $350. Dogs over 2 years old are $250. 100% of the adoption fees go to help us save more dogs.
