Meet Kevin, a stunning two-year-old brindle mix weighing in at a robust 80 lbs, whose enthusiasm for life is as vibrant as his coat. Rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas, Kevin is ready to dive into a new chapter with a loving family.
Not only is Kevin wonderful, affectionate, and playful, but he's also exceptionally smart and housebroken. He has a particular fondness for his female canine friends and navigates the social scene with ease. Kevin's human friends are his favorite, though, and he's always up for a cuddle or a play session.
One of Kevin's favorite activities is playing fetch—especially if it involves water! He loves to jump right in after a ball, making him the perfect companion for beach trips or lakeside getaways. His energy is infectious, and he's looking for an active family who can match his zest for life and provide a fenced-in yard where he can run, play, and splash to his heart's content.
Food is the way to Kevin's heart, especially if it's jerky—duck, chicken, beef, he loves them all. Though he can be a bit headstrong when something exciting catches his attention, a little patience and guidance go a long way with this eager-to-please pup.
