Katie is a precious little girl who loves nothing better than to cuddle with you. She is very sweet and wants to please you. She is working on her house training and she does well sleeping in her crate. She is not a constant barker but will let you know if someone is at the front door. She is very friendly with everyone.

*We are unable to adopt outside of the Austin-Metro area.
* Please note: Due to their size, our dogs are not suitable for homes with children under 5.

We do not have a facility, all dogs are fostered in the homes of our volunteers. Lil Paws is a very small organization, our volunteer time is reserved for interested persons who have filled out the application to adopt.

Lil' Paws Maltese Rescue and other Petite Paws depends on donations to keep the dogs in our program healthy. Many health issues are taken care of before a dog leaves a rescue: spaying, neutering, immunizations, dental care, and in some cases major surgery.
