My caregivers don't know much about my past, but that's okay because I'm all about new beginnings. I'm ready for endless adventures, playful moments, and cozy naps in my very own bed.

Here's a little about me: I can be a bit shy at first, but once I warm up, I'll be your ultimate snuggle buddy! I'm super sweet, and I've already mastered "sit and "lay down! I love treats, going on walks (I'm great on the leash!), and playing with soft stuffed toys (though I do enjoy giving them a good tear now and then). I use potty pads and am working on letting the staff know when I need to go outside. I do need to be the only dog in the home but will give you more than enough love! Here's what my foster mom has to say about me: Hi ! I'm karmas foster mom; my favorite thing about her has got to be when I come home she hops and hops and hops from excitement. And when we leave the apartment to go for walks her little ears flop because of how excited she gets. She is overall just the cutest and sweetest girl. Karma is 100% potty trained, and I am currently working towards getting her 100% leash trained. She normally is incredible on the leash but when she gets anxious she tends to pull, I bought her a new harness and she is already doing so much better !! She does need to be the only pet in the household, we haven't had any experience with a child so far. I have had her for almost a month and she has never gotten into trouble when I am not home, you just can't leave tissues on the floor because she loves those !! Her most unique trait is when she sniffs around she snorts like a little piggy, it's too cute !

Adopting with High Country Humane means your new pet is fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. We register that microchip (FREE!) and provide a free health exam with each adoption. Please bring a leash and collar for your new pet or plan to purchase a set at the shelter for $5 each. The shelter is open 11-5 PM, 7 days a week. We look forward to seeing you!
