This adorable little girl is Karla. She is a one-year-old chihuahua mix and weighs just 14.6 lb. Her foster says "Karla is a sweet puppy who loves to play with toys and snuggle with her people. She still has some puppy energy but is also able to settle rather easily. Karla is still working on housetraining and puppy etiquette (such as not to take shoes) so she will need an adopter willing to continue her training. Luckily, Karla is smart, eager to please and food motivated. Speaking of food, she eats very well. And she sleeps through the night, walks well on a leash, does well in a crate and quietly sits in a car for trips. Karla is getting along with my two similar-sized dogs and she responds well to corrections they give. At first, Karla was a little nervous but with slow intros, she will do just fine."
