Meet Kai!
Kai is a 1yr old mini golden doodle weighing around 15lbs of pure love and sweetness! Kai found himself needing a new home due to no fault of his own. Kai loves to snuggle up on you and get his belly rubbed after he has played hard with his foster brother and sister. Don’t let his small size fool you as he keeps up with the big dogs!
Kai is crate trained and sleeps through the night with no issues. He is also great on a leash and an all around great companion to all.
The ideal household for Kai would be having his person with him most of the time, kids over the age of 10 because of his size, experience and his enthusiasm for play and having a four legged friend to play with. When introduced to a cat, he had no real interest so I think a cat in the home would be fine too.
If you are looking for a devoted companion to hike with or play for hours with another dog then Kai is just the addition you need!

We are in Rochester, NY, we adopt to people who live in the Rochester
area. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in
area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests.
Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in
safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to
the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs.

All our dogs have been treated with dewormer; heartworm tested (if age
appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped;
and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations.
We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will
receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. Dogs
will be spayed/neutered thru us prior to finalizing any adoption.

We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told
by person surrendering dog or vet's best guess. While we try our best
we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and can
often be best guess in case of our lovable mutts.
