Juneau Husky & German Shepherd Dog Mix Gig Harbor, WA

Juneau says hello everyone!
Juneau came to us as just a tiny puppy in January of 2024, found with her littermates and pulled from a construction site in Eastern WA, they faced great uncertainty without rescue to say yes. So we did.

Juneau was adopted to a wonderful family, but has recently struggled finding peace with one of the other female dogs in the home. Because of these concerns and a new baby on the way, her family would love to see Juneau adopted to a home as an only dog or with a male only companion. That said, Juneau does love having dogs around and even enjoys daily trips to the dog park! Her male pup friends and she have many happy memories, including with her household Chihuahua companion that she always makes sure to have a turn with the ball during games of catch by running ahead, grabbing it, and taking it right to him. Sharing is caring with this girl!

Juneau also loves cuddling up with her feline friends, and while she doesnt have consistent exposure to children, the ones she has been around in group gatherings have never bothered her. Juneau loves her chew toys and while we wouldn't consider her a high energy girl, she appreciates daily walks and some good old fashioned play time to keep her happy. Juneau has made an excellent hiking and camping buddy and really enjoys adventure, but also loves to cuddle up on the couch, relax and just be with her people. We know that Juneau's new forever family is out there and whomever she lands with will be spoiled rotten with her amazing personality and spirit. Please consider adopting Juneau
