Meet June
This 6-month-old greyhound mix is a sweet, shy girl with lots of love to give. Once she warms up to you, she’ll happily claim her spot as your favorite 60-pound lapdog.
Juno thrives in a calm, quiet environment and would do best in a home without small children. She gets along well with small dogs, but big, rowdy pups can be a bit overwhelming for her. She wants to be bffs with our cats, and she is still figuring out that they don’t like her back. With her past experiences, Juno can sometimes be nervous around strangers, so she’ll need someone patient who can help her build confidence.
Juno has all the charm of a puppy with a bit less of the chaos. While she’s calmer than your average puppy, she still has plenty of playful energy and needs time outside to let loose. Walks alone won’t cut it for Juno—she loves a good chase in the yard, play time with another puppy, and plenty of toys to chew. Once her energy is out, she’s all about curling up on the couch for a cozy evening. Bonus points if that evening includes a British detective show—she’s a big fan of the mystery genre!
This smart, food-motivated pup is a joy to train and will thrive with someone who can continue to show her love, consistency, and guidance. If you’re ready to welcome a sweet, loyal snugglebug into your life, Juno can’t wait to meet you!
