Hi, I'm Journey-your soon-to-be best friend for life! I'm a gorgeous, smaller-sized shepherd mix with a unique multi-colored coat, and guess what? I hardly shed! My foster has been getting to know me this past week and says I'm a total gem. If I could ask for anything this Christmas, it would be unlimited pup cups and squeaky toys. I've been adjusting really well to home life. I'm about 85% potty trained; I've had a couple of accidents, but I'm quickly learning that outside is the place to go. When my foster isn't home, I hang out in the room and love staring out the window-it's one of my favorite pastimes. I absolutely adore pets, belly rubs, and treats, and I've already learned some commands like "sit" and "shake." I love running around the yard with my foster, playing chase-it's so much fun! I also like waking my foster up in the morning by gently nibbling on their fingers, which they think is the cutest thing ever. My foster says I might do best as the only dog in my home or with a slow introduction to potential furry siblings. I've gotten along well with some dogs, like Sailor, but I'm a bit more selective with others, especially male dogs. I'm still working on my leash manners since I can be a big puller, but I'm improving little by little. Journey's foster family says, "She's playful, sweet, and super affectionate. Journey is such a great dog, and she will make an amazing companion for the right family!"
