Meet Joseph
Meet Joseph! A 3 year old mixed breed (there's JRT in there somewhere) looking for a new home. Joseph came to us under unique circumstances. Both him and another dog were found killing cats, the owner has surrendered both of them to us and it is up to us to find homes for them outside the state of Virginia. While Virginia residents can adopt them, they would have to comply with dangerous dog requirements. ONCE AGAIN, this is only for killing a cat. Joseph is super friendly with everyone and does well with other dogs. He is already neutered, which makes his adoption fee only $20!
