Jordy Chihuahua Mix Romeoville, IL

Meet Jordy! Jordy is guessed to be about 2 years old and weighs approximately 9 lbs. He was found as a stray and no one came to claim him, so he was transferred to us from a local shelter. Jordy is a sweet boy who gets along with the other little dogs in his foster home and is doing well with potty training. He is great at playing fetch and does well walking on a leash. He loves running around the yard- even in the cold weather. Jordy has experiences some food allergies in the past, although we haven't been able to identify exactly had causes him issues he is doing well with the food he is currently on. Jordy has not gotten along with the 2 larger dogs in his foster home, so we think he would likely do best with dogs his size or smaller. When he is afraid he will resort to barking and lunging- a form of fear aggression. We are looking for a home that is willing to be patient with him, as well as work with him on building his confidence. Jordy's adoption donation is $275 and helps cover his medical care.
