Jona Mixed Breed Crystal Lake, IL

If only Jona could talk! Jona was flown to us all the way from Azerbaijan, a place where sadly dogs have no rights.(we thought Jona was a male but she is a she!)

We are not sure she ever had a family. She can be timid for a while but once she warms up to you, she will be your absolute best friend. Currently, Jona has befriended a handful of people that have nothing but great things to say about her.

What we know about Jona-
She seems to trust women more
She gets along with other dogs and may blossom with another dog in the home who is confident.
She walks excellent on a leash
She rarely barks
She is a gentle treat taker
She would rather chew up paper than a toy :)
She is 90% potty trained
She is smart and gorgeous!!!
She will lay at your feet when you are busy on the computer

*A fenced in yard will be required to adopt Jona*

We say not a good fit with children due to her nervous tendencies to loud noises and sudden movements.

She is spayed, micro chipped and current on vaccines. We believe she is about 3 years old.
