Meet Johnny
Meet Johnny, a sweet 1-year-old pup who’s been through so much but still has so much love to give.
Johnny was heartbreakingly dumped on a busy road on 11/8/24. A concerned passerby witnessed his abandonment and called for help. After two days of searching, a kind-hearted friend finally caught him on 11/10/24, bringing him to safety.
Before rescue, Johnny suffered neglect, but thanks to his amazing foster, he’s on the road to recovery. He’s currently 30 lbs and gaining weight so he can soon be neutered (cost covered by rescue). He is up to date on all shots and ready to thrive in a loving home.
Johnny is a cuddle bug who’s affectionate, sweet, and crate-trained. He hasn’t had any accidents so far and is using a belly band as he works on house training. He’s been friendly with the foster’s other dogs and great with kids aged 9+ (sitting on 9 year old's lap in pictures), but he hasn’t been tested with younger children or cats yet.
Johnny's Christmas wish is to have a family of his very own to share his love!
