Meet Jimmy (A26)
Meet JIMMY this SATURDAY, JUNE 15 from 12-3pm at our ADOPTION EVENT at NEBRASKA FURNITURE MART! We’ll be joining several other rescue groups for a huge adoption event. Dogs, puppies, cats and kittens for adoption! NFM is located at 1601 Village West Pkwy, KCK 66111.
ALSO THIS WEEKEND:
SATURDAY, JUNE 15 from 12-3PM: Dog Adoption Event at OLATHE PETSMART at 119th & Strang Line with volunteers from Heart of America Humane Society. We’ll have several dogs there looking for homes!
WEEKEND SHELTER HOURS:
SATURDAY, JUNE 15: CLOSED (meet our pets at our adoption events!)
SUNDAY, JUNE 16 : OPEN 10AM - 3PM — NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY!
JIMMY is a fun and friendly little Terrier mix puppy! He's 4 months old and he weighs 14 lbs currently. Jimmy is a bright and energetic pup. He's very affectionate and he gives lots of kisses! He's curious and loves to explore. Jimmy is good with other dogs.
ADOPTING A PET
We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend. We are also open Monday through Friday by appointment. Please contact us by phone at 913-321-1445 or by email at petadoptions@kckpd.org to schedule your appointment during weekdays.
If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.
Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).
