Meet our newest resident, Jethro ?
Last week, we got a call from a young lady stating she found a dog along the interstate. He was chipped to an individual in Texas who informed us that his owner was the one who dropped him off at the shelter. Luckily, we were able to find out some information from his previous owner. We learned Jethro is a 6 year old Lab/Dachshund mix.
Jethro is the sweetest little guy. He loves attention and to be near his people. His favorite things are his plush, squeaky toys and his fluffy blankets.
He came to us with severe allergies that are being treated. Potential adopters must be willing to keep up with his allergies and give him his medication as needed. He also has a beef allergy.
Jethro is super sad to be living in the shelter, so please share this post in hopes we can find him his furever home.
Jethro's previous owners stated he did well with dogs smaller than him, but a meet and greet is required. He would need a home with no large dogs or cats.
He would also do well in a home with older children (13+).
