Welcome to rescue Jessi! Jessie is settling in at her new foster home in CT. While she has only been in foster for a week this is what we know so far:

Jessie is a BEAUTIFUL a 10-month-old bundle of energy, curiosity, and affection! This spirited girl is a stunning Newfoundland puppy who's embracing her second chance at life with gusto.



Jessi is strong, determined, and endlessly inquisitive. She's learning the ropes of indoor living and needs a puppy-proofed home to keep her safe as she explores her surroundings. Her foster mom lovingly calls her a curious busybodyalways eager to check out what's new and exciting.



Here's what makes Jessi special:


Crate Champion: Jessie sleeps peacefully in her crate at night with the help of a treat. She's been accident-free since arriving at her foster home, but she thrives on a consistent potty schedule and frequent breaks.
Playtime Queen: Jessi loves romping around with her foster fur-siblings and even respects boundaries from the resident cat. She's playful, social, and always ready for fun!
Quick Learner: Though new to walking on a leash, Jessi did well on her first walk, showing minimal interest in busy street traffic or barking dogs. She's working on her manners and takes correction well.
Goofy Personality: Jessi is full of quirks that will keep you laughing. She snores like a sailor, sleeps with a pillow, and has a fascination with counters, baby gates (which she can hop!), the washer, and even the birdcage




While Jessi isn't overly interested in toys just yet, she's exploring enrichment activities and slowly building her confidence. She needs a home with patience, structure, and nurturing to help her grow into the best version of herself.



Ideal Home: Jessi would thrive with an active family who can match her energy and provide plenty of mental stimulation. She'd love to have a canine sibling to play with and an owner who understands the needs of a large, intelligent, and determined breed.
