Jeff West Highland White Terrier / Westie & Terrier Mix Los Alamitos, CA

Jeff is a male 2 year old 17 lb terrier mix. His ears remind us of a westie, but he has a softer coat, maybe westie/lhasa? He has great ears and before he was shaved down he had a long fluffy coat, we cant wait for it to grow back. Jeff went to board/train with @falco_dog_training_oc ... and came back knowing basic commands and more. Jeff is great on the leash, walks like a pro even with distractions, he knows sit/come/down/stay/heel and is a great little dog. He loves toys and would play all day, he is really good about bringing them back when you throw them too. Jeff gets along with non-dominant dogs but could also be a great only dog. He seems to be housetrained.
Most of our dogs are not available to an out of the area adoption because of difficulty to follow up. If you do not live within a 2 hr drive of Orange County, please email us before applying to see if the dog you are interested in may be a candidate for long distance adoption. We may consider long distance adoptions for dogs who have been in our rescue for 6 + months with no local candidates.

This pet is altered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has had a brief temperament evaluation to help us determine what type of a home he/she would thrive in. Please note that we put lots of time and effort to make sure our pets are ready to be someone's perfect pet before they go home.... and to make sure that we will have the best possible match for this pet we do require an : application, interview, adoption fee and in some cases a home check.
