Meet Janice

Meet Janice! Janice came to CCHS with her 6 siblings from a local farm where there were just too many puppies. Janice is a Mixed Breed, and we're guessing there is some Terrier in there. She has a short-haired black and brown coat with cute little perky ears. She is 8 weeks old (estimated date of birth 9/9/24). She is just a pretty little girl at 6.0#, so we think that she will stay quite small, too. Janice and her siblings are all just wonderful puppies. They are named after the characters in 'Friends', and we promise that this Janice isn't as whiney as they one in the show! Janice is a sweet and happy girl, always excited to see people. She's ready for lots of new adventures and great times with her new family. With all adopted dogs, training and socialization are incredibly important to the success of the adoption. Apply for Janice today!

Approved applicants will be notified via email. Please check junk/spam folders for a response.

The adoption fee is $400. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption.

CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going. We are committed to helping the animals that enter our doors and finding each the best possible forever home. CCHS has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Animal Health - DATCP. Our license is #268235-DS.
