Meet Jackson

My name is Jackson, and I'm around four years old. I came to The Healthy Hearts and Paws Project in December 2021 from the Trumbull Country Pound when I found out I was heartworm positive. I'm around 55lbs. I walk pretty well on a leash and keep a clean crate. I love playing with toys. The play yards were recently stocked with a bunch of new toys, and I had a field day. The dogs and cats at the shelter don't seem to bother me when I pass them, but a meet with another dog is required to make sure we would get along. My only fault other than being a cuddle bug is I like to eat anything I can get my mouth on, so I need to be watched with toys. I would benefit from basic obedience training that is provided to you at no cost through HHPP. Come meet me today!
