Izzy is a 3 year old, 48 pound Black Lab and Border Collie mix. That breed combo equals 101% spunky and sweet! When you look at Izzy, you can see in her eyes that she is thinking of her next move. Iz definitely needs an active family that walks or runs. She would do great in any training that you wanted to do with her.
Adoption fees are $60, $30 or free. If the pet has been at the shelter more than 30 days, they are free. Check the INTAKE DATE on the adoption card to determine this. If the pet is 4 years of age or older OR if you adopt more than one pet, the fee is $30 for each pet. All others are $60. OKC Animal Welfare is open for adoptions from 12-5:00 Tuesday through Saturday. The shelter is at 2811 S.E. 29th St., phone # 405-297-3100.
The dog/cat adoption fee includes spay or neuter, MICROCHIP, age-appropriate shots and health check. Use pet's ID # when inquiring.
