Irving was left on a property to 'protect' the land but unfortunately was also left with no food, water, or shelter. Once he arrived to Chain of Hope, we quickly learned that he is very sweet, loving, and playful. He loves other dogs and is learning that he is safe and loved. Irving would do best in a home with another dog companion to help show him the way.
