Meet Indiana Bones
He is fully potty trained with the very rare accident due to being super excited. Aside from that, he's learned how to alert his people that he's got to go! He's crate trained and treats it like his safe haven. He eats meals in his crate and has no complaints spending time there when home alone. Indiana is a master chewer and will need a heavy duty crate in the future as he likes to nibble at the bars when he's bored!
Indiana is learning how to coexist with other animals and has been doing great. He enjoys spending time with other dogs and would prefer if he has a friendly buddy around to help him stay confident. If he meets a dog that matches his energy, they are a friend for life! Indiana does love to play on the rougher side, so a meet-and-greet will be important to ensure compatible play styles. As far as cats go, he's learning how to pick up on their body language. He's largely uninterested in his foster family's cats but is working on boundaries with them! Indiana has yet to spend time with children. We recommend slow and supervised introductions with kids.
Indiana will likely prefer a home where someone is there to see him throughout the day. He's working through some separation anxiety and responds well to consistency and routine. Indiana's forever family should be one that's dedicated to providing him with daily activity and stimulation to keep him from getting too bored! He would prefer a fenced yard to assist in burning off excess energy and work on his recall skills.
Indiana Bones is ready to find his forever home! With continued love and affection, Indiana will be sure to thrive! If you're interested in learning more about Indiana and think he might be a good fit, fill out an application using the link below to learn more!
