Huxley is an adorable, little boy that is looking for a loving home to take him in. He was born on August 6th, 2024 and is a Plott Hound mix. That means his dominant breed is Plott Hound. Plott Hounds are recognized by the American Kennel Club and are noted for their loyalty and intelligence. He is often quiet, but loves to snuggle and play. He's a bit shy around other dogs, Huxley loves to nap on the couch and is a big fan of belly rubs and treats. His mother was poisoned when Huxley and his litter mates were about 3 weeks old. He adores NurseAll Milk Supplement with his dry food and he can't wait to show you how much he loves it! The total cost of adoption is $175. The puppy will come to you having received 3 puppy shots and a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. Because this baby is not old enough for the rabies vaccination, please see your vet for that at 12 weeks of age. This litter has been dewormed multiple times but puppies need to continue to receive a dewormer with their monthly flea/heartworm prevention.

Only the $75 transport fee is due to secure transport from our rescue in Texarkana, Texas to one of the 6 locations on our transport route. The $100 adoption fee is not due until you pick him/her up on the transport date at the location you select. You also have the option to designate someone else to pick up your pet or board him/her at one of the wonderful doggy day care facilities in your area.

Greg KIng Canine Recovery dog rescue is located at 484 Farren Road in Texarkana, Texas 75503. Once a month, we transport all pre adopted dogs and puppies to the following 6 cities because all of the shelters in our area are kill shelters, so we try to save all that we can by getting them adopted and transporting them to their new homes. These 6 cities are currently on our transport route.
