He is up to date on all vaccines and he is neutered. I am in the Clarksville area, but can travel to bring him to the rescue. We had to bring another dog into our home and Howie isn't getting along with him. We rescued Howie back in February, he was previously abused and starved for years. He is pretty anxious and needs lots of affirmation. We are a young couple, so we don't have any children in the home, we don't know how he is with children. He seems to be okay with pre-existing dogs, just not new dogs. He is not fond of visitors, so we kennel him when people come over, he has never bitten anyone, but we don't want to take the chance. We are trying to avoid the shelter because it will be his third time back, and they might euthanize him. He is the sweetest most loving boy around, he loves to cuddle and will cuddle all day long if you let him. We think he would do better in a home with an older adult without children or other dogs. We are young, have lots of visitors, and work long hours, Howie is kenneled most of the time and it isn't fair. We tried to rehome, but haven't had any luck. We can't keep him much longer but want him to be in a more welcoming environment than the shelter.
