Meet Hooch
Hooch is a beautiful Husky mix around 1 year old and 65 pounds. He was surrendered by his owner with his brother because they escaped from the yard and were joyfully running around the neighborhood. The owner realized that they did not have the time to devote to two adolescent Husky mixes. While at the ranch, we have realized that Hooch is a pretty mellow guy for his breed and age and enjoys hanging out with his people. Hooch went on a neighborhood walk in Petaluma where he met many dogs and small children and did very well. He's a sweet and sensitive guy looking for an active family. Hooch has started basic obedience and knows sit, down, wait, and come. He loads nicely into a crate, rides well in a car, and is working on his leash skills. He will need owners dedicated to his continued education and will make a fabulous companion.
