I'm a home run when it comes to love and loyalty! I'm Homer, the 80 lb, 5 year old Bullmastiff mix with a heart that matches my size. I am housebroken and can be trusted to be in the house alone. I've got this unique skill of "talking," thanks to my years of living with a husky companion, adding a charming touch to my personality. I'm all about the cozy life, especially during winter. You'll often find me napping in front of the fireplace or snuggled up on a heated blanket, rocking my favorite sweater. When the weather's good, catch me sunbathing in a fenced yard and chasing after those pesky squirrels. I've got a soft spot for soft surfaces, and my aesthetic game is strong. Squeaky toys and bones are my entertainment buddies. Despite my size, I'm convinced I'm a tiny baby, struggling to climb onto the sofa and always yearning for someone's lap.

I enjoy being with other dogs. Although I sometimes need a break and may not get along with every dog. I will need slow introductions to see if we are a good fit. Cats and infants terrify me – I'd do best in a home without them. Short walks are my jam, but I need someone strong enough to handle my enthusiasm for cars.

I am a graduate of the Pups for Parole training program. I have all the basic training necessary to make a great companion. I will need a family willing to continue my training, I sure don't want to forget all that I've learned!

My adoption fee is Sponsored and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
