Hoagie Pit Bull Terrier Scituate, MA

So cute you just want to take a bite!

Hoagie is an adorable puppy who is just about 10-weeks-old. While overall super sweet, he has a few quirks that need a bit of work!

Hoagie has been in an amazing foster home with another dog. They mostly get along great, but Hoagie does not like to share his toys or food. He needs a human who is up for training, to help him get over this. His foster mom has put in a lot of work and Hoagie is already improving.

Since this pint sized pups needs some training, for now we are seeking a home as an only dog. He will need lots of outside socialize though, to keep up with his dog friendly ways! We also are looking for a home with not little kids, ideally with teens and adults.

Hoagie has done great with crate training and loves walks, though blowing leaves prove to be a distraction.

While he needs a bit of extra work, this guy will be a great pal.

We never know how quickly a pet will be adopted. Open hours are Wednesdays 1:30-6pm, Saturdays, and Sundays 10am-2pm for you to come view our adoptable pets. You can apply for animal at the shelter during our open hours or online by emailing adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org and asking for an application. Adoption fees allow our non-profit to continue to help pets in need.

Meet and greets with animals are scheduled after applications have been processed and we’ve determined you are the best fit. We do not operate on a first come, first served basis.
