We know what you're thinking... Yes, Hilda is a Great Dane with a Danish name!
This lovable lady is Hilda, and while she is blind, that hasn't stopped her from being the sweet, big goofball we know her to be. Hilda hasn't had the best life before coming to the shelter, but she's ready to make her next home one full of fun and love!
Hilda enjoys playing with her toys and romping around the yard. She's quite affectionate, loves to give kisses, cuddle, and soak up all the love she can get. Hilda is looking for a home where she can be the only pet and where she can stick to a consistent routine. Although she is newly blind, she is learning to navigate well and has been learning commands to help her out. A steady routine will be important to help her adjust to her new home. She is looking for an adult-only home. Experienced dog handlers would be a huge plus for this lady as she would have a great deal of learning to do in a new environment.
