At just a year and a half old, this mixed-breed cutie pie has stolen the hearts of everyone at the rescue—and it’s not hard to see why. Hercules is the perfect mix of playful energy and laid-back chill, making him a fantastic companion for just about any family.

Hercules is the life of the party when it comes to other dogs and kids—he’s super dog-friendly and absolutely adores children. His favorite pastime? Bringing his toys over to his canine pals for a game of chase around the yard. He’s got bursts of energy that will leave you laughing, but don’t worry, he knows how to wind down and relax too. Whether it’s running around outside or lounging in the sun, Hercules is perfectly balanced and easy-going.

Hercules is a total goober, and he knows it. With his goofy eyes and handsome coat, he’s impossible not to love. He’s got that puppy energy that makes him eager to play, run around, and say hi to everyone he meets. He’s not shy in the slightest—Hercules lives for attention and is always ready to make new friends. A little leash pulling when he’s excited? Sure. But once he’s had his fun, he’s all calm on the walk back home.

When it comes to food, Hercules has a bit of a “don’t-touch-my-food” policy with other dogs, so he needs to be fed separately. But when it comes to humans, he’s as gentle as they come! He’ll take treats from your hand with the utmost care, and if you ask nicely, he might even show off his “sit” and “paw” commands. Now, he might not be the valedictorian of his obedience class—Don't get us wrong, he will pass- he’s got the skills! But he's definitely the class clown who's going to have a little fun along the way!

Hercules is currently being fostered in Texas and will be transported to his forever home by our rescue! We have transports departing each week!
