Meet Hendrix

Hendrix's foster parent calls him a "dream" and a "sweet excitable velvet house hippo." He's dog-friendly, and loves to chew toys but isn't destructive of household items. Hendrix ("Hendo" for short) loves tennis balls and playing with the resident dog in his foster home. He is strong on leash-getting excited by other dogs and squirrels but can be redirected. He's comfortable with the typical noises of living in an apartment building. Once he gets some energy out, he's happy to snooze at home while you do your work. He's SO SOFT and will sit on your leg/lap to request pets. When he's sleepy he becomes a big cuddle bug and wants to get under the covers with you.
