Hattie Miniature Poodle & Pekingese Mix Atlanta, GA

Hattie is an adorable 5-pound fluffball! She is 12 weeks old (DOB: 6/12/24) and we were told she is a Peekapoo (Pekingese/Poodle). However, many people have said they think she may be a Maltipoo (Maltese/Poodle). Hattie was given to her previous family as a gift, but unfortunately the larger dog in the home was not fond of sharing his family with the new girl! So they reached out to us for help.

Hattie is sweet as can be! She is so loving and enjoys being the center of attention. She is very spoiled and will bark and jump up for you to pet her, pick her up, or play with her if she feels you are not showing her enough attention. She has that typical playful puppy energy and loves toys. As with any puppy, she is teething and loves to chew on her puppy teething toys! When she is ready for some downtime she enjoys curling up in her foster mom’s lap or snuggling with her toys in her puppy playpen.

Hattie is fine with the other dogs in her foster home, but cares more about being with her human than other canine companions. She is currently pad-trained in her foster home and rarely has accidents off the pad. Hattie’s long, soft fur will require regular brushing and visits to the groomer.

Vetting info: Hattie has received two rounds of shots so far and multiple dewormings. We have had her examined and microchipped as well. She came to us with coccidia, so we have treated that. Her adoption fee will also cover her spay when she is a bit older.
