Harry Doberman Pinscher & Husky Mix Auburn, WA

****Harry can be a little shy at first, but not always and if so he warms up quickly. He is very food motivated and will be your best friend if you have a cookie. So we think he'll learn to be very outgoing with everyone he meets, if he's with someone willing to introduce him to friends.

Harry not so hairy, but is tall and slender with an amazingly beautiful coat. His nice medium energy level would be a great addition to many families. He is happy to lounge in the living room with you or go hiking. We think he would love to be in a home with children and/or another dog because he loves uncontrollably and is used to having a companion. He came to us with another dog, that has already been adopted.

KIDS: Yes. He is large and playful, so if you have children that are timid around large dogs or that are very small, Harry might not be a great fit for your child.

TREATS: Loves cookies, any cookies, all cookies. He takes treats enthusiastically, so we recommend using a flat hand technique and caution. He isn't aggressive about the food, just very excited.
LEASH ABILITIES: Needs work but will pick up leash manners very fast with daily walks!
PREVIOUS HOME INFO: Unknown. She was at a high kill shelter and would have been euthanized due to over crowding. The shelter doesn't give us any details about dogs' previous homes.

ADOPTION FEE: $500. This goes to helping us save more dogs from high kill shelters.
