Meet Harper! Harper is an amazing, sweet, friendly goofball that loves everyone! She has lived in a foster home with multiple dogs and does great- she loves to play with them! She is housetrained and cratetrained. She walks well on a leash, is friendly with people, is super smart, loves nylabones, and rarely barks (except when she's excited for meal time!)
