Meet Happy

Happy is a one year old spayed female Shepherd/Beagle mix. She was transferred to us from an overcrowded rescue in Puerto Rico after being abandoned with her mother and siblings. Happy is sweet, timid, and gentle. Happy is good with other dogs and would benefit from living with a confident and calm canine friend. She can be overwhelmed by rude dog behavior so ideally managed intros until she gains more confidence would be helpful. Happy is learning to play with toys and is slowly figuring out life as a house pet. Happy enjoys being with kids. This sweet girl will benefit from a positive reinforcement training class to help with her manners and confidence. She is crate trained and seems to be house trained.
