Update: I'm having some skin issues that my foster mom is working to find out what is causing it.

Hello! I'm Hannibal. I'm a 2 year old Boxer/Dalmatian mix. They say I'm special, but I don't quite understand what their saying, That may be because I can't hear. I was found running on the streets. My nails were 1 1/2 inches long. I could barely walk and would stumble when he did. After I got some food in my stomach and my nails clip I felt so much better! I'm glad someone found me. I'm deaf and anything could of happen to me while I was all alone. Now that I'm safe and had some help with my nails I am the happiest boy! I can't stop wiggling from all of my excitement! I just love to run and play now. I may not be able to hear, but I respond well to treats. I am such a well mannered boy that I just don't understand why someone didn't take care of me! I'm already potty trained too! I'm good with other dogs and kids. You do have to be careful sneaking up on me and raising you hands fast. It scares me, but once I know you are not going to hurt me I good for a cuddle. I will need a home with an experienced owner and someone who understands that I can not hear you. Come out and meet me.
