Hannah Vizsla Chicago, IL

Hannah is a gorgeous 10-month-old Viszla mix who has experienced a lot of adversity in her young life. When Hannah was about 3-months-old, a kind man was working at a campground in Alabama. He saw someone drive up and dump a litter of puppies out of the car; alll of them had been hit in the head and, sadly, all had died except for Hannah! The good samaratin who saw this happen scooped Hannah up, took her to the vet, and made sure she got all the care she needed. However, because of the fact that he already had four dogs of his own, Hannah could not be a permanent part of the family. So, he reached out and ask that she be placed with a rescue so that she could find the forever home she deserves. When we heard about Hannah we wanted to help so we got her on a transport up to Chicago and now she is a One Tail at a Time girl!

As you can see in her photos, Hannah's smile is a little crooked from where she was hit in the head. However, this only adds to her charm! Hannah is a very well adjusted and sweet young lady; she adores both people and other dogs. In her foster home she loves romping around with the other dogs and is working on learning basic commands too. Hannah adores meeting new people and loves to snuggle up and get lots of attention. Hannah is truly an example of just how resilient dogs can be!

As with all One Tail at a Time dogs, Hannah is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm tested, and microchipped.
