Meet Hank
MEET HANK!
Hank found himself in an overcrowded shelter at only six months of age . Because of the huge demand for space to accept the record numbers of strays and owner surrenders (not the shelters fault) they were forced to set a euthanasia date for him. We stepped in and pulled him as soon as a foster home stepped forward to help. We believe Hank is a heeler mix.
Hank will be neutered soon and made up to date on vaccinations.
Here is what his foster mom has to say about him:
Hank is not a tank. Instead, he is a heeler mix that is around 5 months old. He is smaller than the average heeler at this age. He shows many characteristics of a heeler: loyal and alert. If you don't know where he is, look behind you. There he is! He has done great at the foster home with all the dogs and cats. He loves to cuddle with the other heelers at the foster home. He is learning not to chase the feathered friends and that goats are pretty cool. Hank is eager to learn and is smart. He is timid at first, but once he warms up, he follows you around, ready to play!
