Meet Gunner

Gunner is a male mixed breed right around one year old. Our best guess is that he is a Rottweiler/lab mix. Gunner is very playful and energetic. He has been working on his leash manners and other training. Unfortunately, Gunner was dumped, but we’re determined to find this boy a great home! He also never messes in his kennel, so if you’re looking for a young dog, but don’t want to go through the house training and chewing stage, Gunner is your boy!

All dogs up for adoption are spayed or neutered and are heartworm tested and up to date on distemper, parvo, kennel cough and rabies vaccinations. We treat for worms and ear mites as well as flea and tick preventative.

We welcome visitors Tuesday evenings 4-7 p.m. Saturday mornings 9 a.m. to noon. Sundays 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. You may also schedule an appointment at a time that is more convenient for your schedule. Call 217-322-2220 if you have any questions or concerns.
