Hello, my name is Gunner! I am a very special dog, but I don’t consider myself special needs. I am a terrier mix, approximately 3 years old and weigh 7lbs. You see I am a “tripod”. Yep, I only have three legs. My leg was amputated before this wonderful rescue saved me from the horrible shelter. I have been through alot, but you wouldn’t know it, I am just a happy boy. I enjoy jumping on foster mommy and daddy’s laps too. I am looking for a home with no small children and a family that will love me. I am small and easy to carry. I run really fast and am able to go up and down stairs with no issues. I love to play fetch also. I know how to go potty outside and will whine at the door to get your attention to be let outside to do my business. I need a fenced yard so that I can run like the wind and play easily. I like to play with other dogs and am not sure about cats.

WE ONLY ADOPT WITHIN A 4 HOUR RADIUS OF LOUISVILLE/LEXINGTON KENTUCKY and CLARKSVILLE TENNESSEE AREAS. WE WANT TO HAVE ACCESS TO DOG IF NEEDED.

All dogs will be spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, heart worm tested, wormed, micro-chipped and will have had 1 month of heart worm preventative, and 1 month of flea preventative before adoption.
