Ginger Dachshund Omaha, NE

Ginger is a 9-year-old female that is best friends with Buster. They are a package deal and will be adopted together. The following are things you would like to know about Ginger.

• Potty trained
• Kennel trained being a little vocal at first
• Walks great on a leash
• Loves to go on walks
• Loves to play and roam in the yard
• Seem to like all people
• A little slower to warm up and fearful of things at first
• Takes a little longer to find her spot outside to potty
• Has seizures and takes medication twice daily for them

All our dogs are current on vaccinations which include Rabies and Distemper/Parvo, they are spayed and or neutered, have been fecal tested and heartworm tested, and had a dental cleaning if necessary. They are all on heartworm and flea/tick preventative as needed in rescue. They all will have a microchip that will be registered in the adopter's name and is good for a lifetime with no additional fees.

The adoption process is an application, a vet reference, a home inspection, and a lifetime contract. The requested adoption donation for all our dogs is $300.

We do not REQUIRE a fenced in yard (some dogs do not require a fence, if they can walk well on harness and leash. Decided by what is best for each dog individually.)

We are willing to adopt out-of-state applicants, but you must travel to the foster home location of your dog which is in Omaha or within a 90-minute drive from the Omaha area to meet and travel home with your dog. We do not transport or ship dogs.
