Services included with the $60 adoption fee: Spay or neuter, surgery related pain medications, Rabies, DA2PP, and bordetella vaccinations, one month of flea and tick prevention, one month of heartworm prevention, one dose of generic wormer, testing for heartworms, and a microchip.
The City of Denton is requiring the public to wear a mask when entering a city building. We are now requiring the public to wear a facial mask before entering the animal shelter. We do ask you to continue to help lessen the spread of COVID and continue to wash your hands often. If you are experiencing any COVID symptoms, please stay home.
For adoptions, we are no longer scheduling appointments, to adopt, we recommend that you arrive between 9:45 and 10am, if we have more than 1 person interested in an animal, we will hold a raffle drawing. We are not able to do any holds and we are not a first come first serve basis.
